Festival Internazionale di Musica Contemporanea, diretto da Ivan Fedele, prosegue dal 3 al 12 ottobre con grandi orchestre, teatro musicale da camera, famosi ensemble e recital di importanti solisti: dall’Orchestra del Teatro La Fenice ai 4 atti unici di Biennale College – Musica, frutto di quattro compositori under 30. After the tribute to Steve Reich, who was awarded the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement (photo), the 58th International Festival of Contemporary Music directed by Ivan Fedele is to be continued from 3 to 12 October featuring great orchestras, chamber music theatre, famous ensembles, and recitals from prominent soloists: from the Orchestra del Teatro La Fenice to the 4 one-act operas of the Biennale College – Music, the result of the work by four under-30 composers.The Program - TICKETS >>
La 14. Mostra Internazionale di Architettura, diretta da Rem Koolhaas e intitolata Fundamentals, è aperta nelle sedi dei Giardini e Arsenale fino al 23 novembre. Orari: da martedì a domenica, ore 10-18 (chiuso lunedì). BIGLIETTERIA >>
Oltre al percorso espositivo nelle sedi di mostra, la Biennale Architettura 2014 include un programma di incontri, articolato inWeekend Specials (incontri a tema) e Freeport (organizzati dai paesi partecipanti: prossimo appuntamento 2 ottobre), e in un ciclo di 22 proiezioni alle Corderie dell’Arsenale.
The 14th International Architecture Exhibition, directed by Rem Koolhaas and titledFundamentals, is open at the Giardini and Arsenale venues until 23 November. Opening times: Tuesday to Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm (closed on Mondays). TICKETS >>
Alongside the exhibition at respective venues, the Biennale Architettura 2014 also includes a series of meetings, divided into Weekend Specials (focused on a particular issue) and Freeport (organized by participating countries: next meeting on 2 October), and a cycle of 22 screenings at the Arsenale Corderie.
